I just posted a new version of the Intel Software Development Emulator, version 1.61.
The emulator is available here:

This update corresponds to the newIntel AVX specification(version 319433-004 dated December 2008).This version of Intel SDE incorporates instruction definition changes, various bug fixes, a new footprint tool, and more features for the "mix" histogram tool.
